Achievements

As a member of the expert panel, he participated in formulating the Chinese Guidelines for ERCP (2018), Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2019), the 1st (2018) and 2nd (2021) editions of Chinese Guidelines for Endoscopic Ultrasound-Guided Puncture, Chinese Guidelines for Internal Hemorrhoids (2021), and Chinese Consensus on Early Screening for High-Risk Populations of Pancreatic Cancer (2021). He has presided over 4 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one National Key R&D Program of the 13th Five-Year Plan. He has published nearly 30 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, including 2 articles with an impact factor over 20.

Clinical Expertise

He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases and various minimally invasive endoscopic therapies, with a focus on endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP. He has rich clinical experience in the rescue and management of severe acute pancreatitis as well as the differential diagnosis of unexplained biliary and pancreatic disorders. His procedural volumes of EUS and ERCP rank among the top nationwide. He is proficient in all interventional therapies under ERCP and EUS guidance. He has performed live demonstrations at numerous domestic and international conferences and enjoys certain international influence.
