Education and Work Experience

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Internal Medicine from Sun Yat‑sen University in 2005, he joined the General Internal Medicine Department of the East Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat‑sen University. He has long been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of common internal diseases and endocrine and metabolic disorders.

Publications

He has published more than 20 professional papers in multiple domestic core journals and international SCI journals. He has participated in compiling 2 professional monographs.

Research Interests

Diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its acute and chronic complications; diagnosis and management of thyroid diseases.

Clinical Expertise

With nearly 30 years of experience in internal medicine clinical practice, teaching and research, he specializes in endocrine and metabolic diseases. He has considerable clinical experience particularly in diabetes mellitus and its acute and chronic complications, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, adrenal diseases, pituitary diseases and gout.
