Work Experience

He is a graduate of the seven‑year combined Bachelor‑Master Program in Clinical Medicine at Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat‑sen University. He has remained working in the hospital after graduation. Having long served on the front line of clinical practice, he has successively held the positions of Resident Physician, Attending Physician, Associate Chief Physician and Chief Physician, and accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases.

He specializes in early intensive therapy, remission induction and simplified management of diabetes mellitus, with emphasis on comprehensive intervention for diabetic complications and obesity. He also has extensive experience in managing thyroid diseases (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules), pituitary diseases (pituitary adenoma, acromegaly, hyperprolactinemia), adrenal disorders, secondary hypertension and hyperuricemia.
