Many articles have been published in prestigious international journals including JAMA, Lancet Gastroenterol Hepatol, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Gut Microbes, EBioMedicine, Endoscopy and American Journal of Gastroenterology.

Clinical Expertise

He has 20 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology and completed two years of postdoctoral research at Stanford University School of Medicine, USA. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various digestive diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disorders (gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, chronic constipation, etc.), hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases (pancreatitis, fatty liver, viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, etc.), with a special focus on the clinical management of inflammatory bowel disease. He is proficient in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under gastroscopy, colonoscopy and enteroscopy.
