Clinical Expertise

1. Pre-transplant evaluation for pediatric kidney transplantation: identifying primary renal diseases and predicting transplant outcomes by integrating medical history, pathology and genetic testing.
2. Post-transplant management for pediatric kidney recipients: individualized immunosuppression, surveillance and management of infection, rejection and growth and development.
3. Matching strategy for sensitized recipients: for uremic patients with positive pre-transplant PRA antibodies, suitable donor kidneys are selected based on HLA epitope mismatch principles to expand transplant access and reduce immunological risks.
4. Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR): phenotypic classification and comprehensive therapy for AMR.
