Research Interests Mechanisms of chemoradiotherapy resistance in osteosarcoma; comprehensive management strategies for prosthesis loosening and infection complications after extremity limb-salvage surgery; molecular mechanisms and clinical translation of rare genetic bone disorders.

Clinical Expertise He has been engaged in the diagnosis, treatment and research of bone and soft tissue tumors for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience in the standardized diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of malignant bone and soft tissue tumors including osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma and soft tissue sarcoma (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy; limb-salvage and reconstructive surgery for extremity, spinal and pelvic tumors). He specializes in minimally invasive biopsy and ablation for lesions in complex sites such as the spine and pelvis, and has profound attainments in comprehensive management strategies for prosthesis infection, loosening and metastatic bone tumors.
