Publications He has presided over or participated in numerous research projects including the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, National Natural Science Foundation of China and National 973 Program. He has published more than ten SCI papers and articles in Chinese core journals in authoritative orthopedic journals as first or co-author. His representative works focus on surgical management of spinal infection and selection of surgical strategies for ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine.

Clinical Expertise: He has been engaged in spine surgery for more than ten years and has accumulated extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common spinal disorders. He specializes in the management of degenerative spinal diseases, including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis and cervical spondylosis. He also has rich experience in treating spinal deformities and spinal cord injury. He is proficient in lumbar decompression, discectomy combined with interbody fusion, pedicle screw fixation, vertebroplasty, anterior and posterior cervical spinal cord decompression, and extramedullary tumor resection. He excels at microscopic surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
