Education and Work Experience: He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences in 1987 and his postgraduate degree from the same university in 2001. He has been running specialist clinics at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University since 2002. For more than 20 years, he has been engaged in clinical practice, research and teaching of reproductive medicine (human assisted reproductive technology). He has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility, human assisted reproductive technology, reproductive endocrinology and reproductive immunology.

Research Interests: To investigate the impacts of female autoimmune abnormalities, tubal lesions, changes in reproductive endocrine hormones and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation protocols on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, and explore optimized regimens to improve the pregnancy rate of IVF.

Clinical Expertise: In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, intrauterine insemination, diagnosis and management of female infertility, reproductive endocrinology, reproductive immunology and autoimmune antibody disorders. He boasts extensive experience in infertility care. He is particularly skilled at IVF-ET and the management of recurrent implantation failure and complex difficult cases, with dedicated research on optimizing treatment protocols to elevate IVF pregnancy rates.
