He/She has supervised 21 master’s students, 6 doctoral students and 4 postdoctoral fellows, one of whom was awarded the title of University Outstanding Graduate.

Research Interests: His/Her research focuses on serial studies of early diagnosis, prognostic evaluation and targeted therapy for ovarian cancer. He/She has presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 3 projects funded by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, and 1 key project from Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau. He/She has published more than 50 SCI and Chinese core journal papers as first or corresponding author and identified several ovarian cancer-related genes.

Clinical Expertise: He/She is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently encountered and complicated gynecologic diseases, and skilled in laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, open and vaginal surgical approaches. He/She has extensive clinical experience in infertility, endometriosis, genital tract inflammation, uterine fibroids, cervical lesions, ovarian cysts, gynecologic malignancies (ovarian cancer, endometrial carcinoma, cervical cancer, etc.) and women’s health care. He/She is especially experienced in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer, with leading expertise in the management of refractory and recurrent ovarian cancer nationwide. He/She was the first in China to propose the clinical value of needle laparoscopy for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, which has obtained research funding support.
