Education and Work Experience: Sep 2007 – Jun 2012: Combined Master’s and Doctoral Program, Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University Since Sep 2012: Completed surgical training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and was successively promoted to Resident Physician, Attending Physician and Associate Chief Physician.

Publications: He/She has published more than 20 articles in domestic core journals and SCI journals including Clinical Nutrition and Beneficial Microbes.

Books: Co-author of multiple clinical textbooks including Perioperative Pathophysiology and Clinical Practice, Oncology Nutrition, and Nutrition Screening and Assessment.

1. Basic and clinical research on gastric cancer and colorectal cancer
2. Clinical research on inguinal hernia, hiatal hernia and abdominal wall hernia
3. Tumor metabolism and surgical nutritional support

Clinical Expertise:

1. Minimally invasive radical surgery and standardized comprehensive treatment for colon cancer, rectal cancer, gastric cancer and gastrointestinal stromal tumors at various sites.
2. Minimally invasive surgical treatment for inguinal hernia, hiatal hernia, incisional hernia and abdominal wall hernia.
3. Surgical management of retroperitoneal tumors.
4. Surgical treatment of benign perianal diseases such as hemorrhoids and anal fistulas.
5. Application of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols and nutritional support in the perioperative period to facilitate patient recovery.
