1. Diagnosis and surgical treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, especially standardized surgical management of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer

Specialties:

1. Possesses extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of digestive tract tumors including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of benign and malignant gastrointestinal tumors, with in-depth research and abundant experience in D2 radical gastrectomy and extended radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, radical colectomy, radical rectal cancer resection (Miles procedure and various sphincter-preserving operations), and surgical management of familial adenomatous polyposis.
2. Highly proficient in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic surgery) for digestive tract tumors. He has rich experience in laparoscopic and robotic radical gastrectomy, laparoscopic radical colectomy and laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer, as well as laparoscopic fundoplication for benign gastrointestinal diseases such as reflux esophagitis. For patients with type 2 diabetes and simple obesity, bariatric procedures including laparoscopic gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy can be performed to achieve satisfactory outcomes with minimal trauma and reliable efficacy.
3. Has extensive surgical experience in managing complex hernias such as hiatal hernia, inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia, postoperative incisional hernia and parastomal hernia.
