1. Endovascular intervention and open surgical treatment of aortic and peripheral vascular diseases;
2. Research on the pathogenesis of lower extremity atherosclerosis and aortic aneurysm.

3. Endovascular and open surgical treatment for aortic diseases including aortic dissection, aneurysm, penetrating aortic ulcer and aortic stenosis;
4. Endovascular and open surgical management of lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases such as arteriosclerosis obliterans and thromboangiitis obliterans;
5. Endovascular and open surgical treatment for dissection, aneurysm or occlusion of carotid artery, subclavian artery and visceral arteries (renal artery, superior mesenteric artery, celiac trunk, splenic artery, etc.);
6. Minimally invasive treatment of lower extremity varicose veins;
7. Minimally invasive therapy for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and post-thrombotic syndrome;
8. Creation of hemodialysis access.
