Research: He has published more than 20 SCI papers as first or corresponding author in journals including Lancet Oncology, Nucleic Acids Research, Biomaterials, Clinical Cancer Research, Oncogene and Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer. As principal investigator, he has presided over more than ten national, provincial and municipal research projects.

He has many years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant urological and andrological disorders. He specializes in minimally invasive and pharmacologic management of urinary calculi, adrenal diseases, prostate diseases, male sexual dysfunction, male infertility and urogenital tumors. He is experienced in standardized multidisciplinary treatment for urological malignancies including renal cell carcinoma, renal pelvic carcinoma, ureteral carcinoma, bladder cancer and prostate cancer.
