He completed the eight-year Doctor of Medicine program at Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University in 2012 and has since worked in the Department of Urology at The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. He once received further training at Prince of Wales Hospital, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. From August to November 2018, he undertook an overseas medical aid mission assigned by the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission to Fiji, a South Pacific island nation.

He has published more than 20 papers as first or corresponding author, including SCI articles and papers in Chinese core journals in the field of urology.

Monographs: He contributed to the 3rd edition of Wu Jieping’s Urology, Standardized Residency Training Textbook – Surgery (Urology Volume), Concise Surgery Notes and Postgraduate Entrance Examination Guide, and other books.

Awards: He has repeatedly been honored as Excellent Clinical Tutor of Sun Yat-sen University, Hospital-level Excellent Teacher, Excellent Residency Supervisor and Excellent Intern Supervisor. He is also a core instructor and outstanding instructor of the College of Basic Surgery (CBS) of The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.

He is proficient in the diagnosis and management of common and prevalent urological diseases, including various types of urinary calculi, urological tumors, adrenal disorders and benign prostatic hyperplasia. He has rich experience and in-depth research in endourology, and specializes in minimally invasive techniques such as urological endoscopy, robotic surgery and laparoscopy.
