The Department of Anesthesiology and Operating Rooms is a team that earns patients' trust, possesses the strength to ensure surgical patient safety, is dedicated to making the patient care experience more comfortable, and is determined to be invincible in its professional field. The Department of Anesthesiology is a comprehensive discipline encompassing clinical anesthesia (intraoperative anesthesia and ambulatory surgery anesthesia), rescue of critically ill patients, sedation and analgesia outside the operating room, emergency resuscitation, comfort-oriented medical care, and pain management. Under the leadership of Director Yao Lan, it has developed into a modern clinical department characterized by anesthesia for critically ill patients and comfort-oriented diagnosis and treatment, with advanced equipment, exquisite techniques, and innovative management concepts. While ensuring routine surgical procedures, the Department of Anesthesiology has also established an anesthesia assessment clinic and 10 comfort-oriented diagnosis and treatment sites outside the operating room, serving as a hub and important support platform for the safe and efficient operation of the hospital. It possesses visualization techniques, difficult airway management tools, transesophageal echocardiography, hemodynamic monitoring, and brain function monitoring, among other anesthesia and monitoring technologies representing international and domestic high standards. These provide strong, safe, and efficient support for the smooth conduct of anesthesia for all types of surgeries across various departments and the delivery of comfort-oriented medical care. The Operating Rooms comprise the Central Operating Rooms, Interventional Operating Rooms, and Ambulatory Operating Rooms, with a total of 46 operating rooms, including 33 integrated operating rooms, 2 MRI operating rooms with 3.0T one-to-two configuration, 1 intraoperative radiotherapy operating room, and 2 hybrid operating rooms. Modern surgical equipment and supporting facilities, such as intraoperative MRI, navigation, and DSA hybrid systems, greatly ensure the requirements and safety of surgeries for various complex patients. The Operating Rooms implement modern and information-based management, enabling high-definition recording and digital teaching broadcasts during surgery, providing more real-time and precise information interaction for surgical procedures, enhancing teaching standards and real-time teaching capabilities. To better support high-precision and advanced surgeries and better serve surgical patients, while continuously strengthening the continuing education of physicians, nurses, and technicians, the hospital has successively introduced advanced medical equipment and instruments from domestic and international sources. The operating room nursing team is a highly qualified and vibrant team that has undergone professional technical training. All members adhere to a patient-centered approach, strengthen service awareness, deepen professional expertise, comprehensively fulfill nursing responsibilities, and strive to provide patients with high-quality, safe, and warm medical services.
