Our pediatric department is a comprehensive pediatric department focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal diseases, common childhood diseases, and child healthcare, integrating clinical care, medical education, research, and preventive tasks. The annual outpatient volume exceeds 60,000 visits, with over 1,000 inpatient admissions. Currently, we have a neonatal intensive care unit, family-centered pediatric wards, a pediatric outpatient clinic, and a child healthcare clinic, dedicated to providing one-stop medical services integrating clinical diagnosis and treatment, disease screening, and health management for children aged 0-15 years. The physician team consists of 14 doctors, including 4 with senior titles, 8 with intermediate titles, and 2 with junior titles. There are 3 Ph.D. holders, and the rest hold master's degrees. There are 28 nurses, with 70% being supervisor nurses.
